On Septemer 1, 2023 we had “Bye Bye Summer. Picnic” in the green spot in Warsaw called Osiedle Jazdów. We had access to the wooden house (just in case of bad weather) and garden. We did barbeque and made s’smores (it was the idea of Margaret). Students and our guests were playing kickball (also Margaret’s idea and perhaps Chase’s idea too), volleyball, badminton and ‘zbijak’ (Polish game). Among our group were: the FLEX Abroad students, host parents and host siblings, school buddies, school peers, Polish teacher, and AC staff. Around 37 people in total attended the Picnic.
